The book held my interest and I liked some aspects of it, but I was, overall, disappointed with the turn of events--especially at the end.

I was sure that she was trying to make a move on Oscar. It's not the "happily ever after" everyone expects. There is some reason why she shouldn't love him, so instead of treating her with respect and letting her make up her own mind, he is rude and tries to push her away.

In The Eternal Sea the danger takes on a whole new level and so does the romance.

I really liked the story in this book and was excited to enjoy some time with Camille on the high seas again, but it felt sooo slow through the whole middle part of the book and I had a hard time getting into it. Since I didn't have my hopes up, it far exceeded my expectations.Compelling and suspenseful, The Eternal Sea is very well-written and engaging.
I suppose i just hate sad endings.Sadly this book was a dissapointment, it seemed as if Angie was trying to undo the love she built up in the first book Everlasting. So whilst I was kicking myself for not reading Everlasting sooner, I’m glad I didn’t have many months to think about the book until I got to read the next one. There are no words. So you can imagine that I have been anticipating this book in seeing what is going to happen to the characters now.
